In a noisy contesting environment, it’s handy to have three controllable audio outputs.
- the Operator with a headset to exclude background (room) noise
- the Logger with a headset to exclude background (room) noise
- the casual Listener monitoring the QSOs
By connecting a headphone amplifier, such as the Behringer HA400 or equivalent, each person can control his/her audio volume. The Listener output can be connected to a speaker without bothering the other two.
